Site classé autour d’un château couvert de lauzes du début du XIXe siècle, les jardins romantiques et pittoresques de Marqueyssac offrent plus de 6 kilomètres de promenades bordées de 150 000 buis centenaires taillés à la main et agrémentées de belvédères, rocailles, cabanes en pierre sèche… Perché sur un éperon rocheux, le Belvédère offre l’un des plus impressionnants panoramas du Périgord sur la vallée et ses châteaux, il est classé 3 étoiles  au Guide Vert Michelin.
