            Don't you doubt it:  The General Mills Corp — and the art directors in its ads dept — are entirely aware of the kinds of unpleasant imagery that will be brought to people's minds by pictures of this ghastly product.  They know full well it looks like poop coming out of a hole.

And the messaging powerplay they're trying to pull off is: "We are innocent; but YOU are gross for thinking that way." Don't let them win!
