Yes, this is one of the few libraries which are a photographic hot spot, where the library has a system for photographers, both professional and for hobbyists, Instagrammers and others. Before I went there, I sent an email asking for permission to use tripod. Normally quite difficult to get, not here. Just come, read the rules for photographers and everything is fine. This was the case, I went, I asked was sent to security, get a batch for the day. 5 Minutes from entering to end of procedures, very organized.
