In Loving Memory (2 di 2)

            I didn't remember having these pictures, taken at Capstone Farm Country Park at the end of last August. The cygnets were following their parents, exploring their habitat, chasing moorhens; their life had just begun. They were such a pleasure to watch. Everyone loved them. 
A few weeks ago, two of them were killed by someone who is hard to call "human". A coward, indeed, who shot them in the head with a slingshot. Why? For fun, for boredom? I'll never get why some "people" enjoy killing innocent creatures and call it "sport" or "trophy hunting". To my eyes, they are just sick and coward.
