Tutorial for taking a snapsot..... - a photo on Flickriver

            ..... with a Full Frame camera.

This tutorial is aimed at people driving on the left side of the road with a RHD vehicle.
Adjust accordingly if you drive on the "wrong" side of the road with a LHD vehicle. 😁

Drive within the posted speed limit and do the following when spotting an animal:
a) Simultaneously apply the brakes with your right foot, hit the down button of the right side front window to lower it completely, then move the same finger a small amount to hit the button that folds the outside mirrors inwards. By this time your left hand should have grabbed the camera lying on the passenger seat.

b) Bring the camera to the window that should be open by now and aim in the general direction of the animal. Somewhere on the camera's travel from the passenger seat to the window a finger should have touched the shutter button to wake up the camera if it has gone to sleep.

c) The next step is important! 
DON'T check settings like aperture, shutter speed and ISO. Do not adjust the zoom setting if you are using a zoom lens. Hit the shutter button and be happy......

Why is step c) important?
You are using a proper DSLR and not a point-and-shoot and for that money it should be able to read your mind. Right? 😁

By following these simple steps you should be able to take snapshots with any DSLR!
