DB 110 248-5, Leer

            In de zomer van 1985 werd regelmatig Leer en omgeving bezocht voor het fotograferen van treinen. Zo ook in augustus van dat jaar waar in deze maand nogal wat dagen letterlijk en figuurlijk in het water vielen vanwege de hoeveelheid regen die viel. Zo ook op 26 augustus van dat jaar. Tijdens  een droog moment kon locomotief 110 248-5 met een D-trein in het station van Leer, op de foto worden gezet. Eindbestemming van deze trein was Emden Hbf.
