I now think it's Lilium Ledebourii

In Persian called Sousan-e Chehel Cheraagh (Sousan Chandelier). Very, very odd. I saw a picture of Ledebourii in the national tea museum in Lahijan, Iran. It turns out it is a Lilium local to that area, and I just happened to have taken a photo of it in the botanical garden in Göteborg where I live in Sweden. I recognized it and wondered if it wasn't the same as the flower on my photo. It really seems like it is!
