            Living on the edge - Too close for comfort.

Although I grew up in a working class area of a big city I find myself drawn to photograph the the coast and the junction of land, sea and sky. Mankind has been part of this landscape for thousands of years and we are now as much a part of it as the waves.

Whenever I'm in Cromer I get at least one shot of the Pier. I like this angle regardless of if the tide is in or out. There is little risk of getting wet where I'm standing as the spray is coming up almost vertically which makes for a good shot, however the wet concrete surface is like an ice rink.
