The mystery of the dusty dove?

            We have all had moments as photographers, when something strange has happened?
In the old days it was often a double exposure, when forgetting to wind on?
Or some strange light effect, or reflection?
But this one has certainly baffled me?
A week or so ago, I posted a photo of this building.
This was taken at the same time, but some weird and unexplained things have happened to this shot?
A very strange image appeared to the left of the building, and there is dust all over the image, that wasn't on the other shots?
I thought at first that the image looked like an Angel?
But my much prettier and smarter other half, thought that it looked like a dove?
Something very strange is going on with the shutter speed too?
One of those very weird photographic results?
