Top floor of the historic Metropolitan Building - actually called the "Grand Building" at 140 Dundas Street between Richmond and Talbot.

Built in 1912 with an art deco style.

Was a Red Apple store for a number of years, and was -- way back in the day -- home to a, you guessed it, Metropolitan Department Store until it closed in 1984.

In April 2011, following a great deal of restoration and renovation (mainly on the lower floors it seems) an artisan market opened, but closed in December that same year due to low foot traffic.

Colliers owns the building, and it has since undergone some renovation and fix up (including what you see here.)
