Torbole and the table mountains on Lake Garda

            Torbole at Easter time, framed by its table mountains, here with the striking Monte Brione in the center.
Goethe was also presented with “an enormous rock bar” and a “rock amphitheater” on his famous trip to Italy. Coming from Rovereto, he traveled by carriage to Torbole and down to Lake Garda.
