60163 Bolton Percy 15-06-19

            A1 Pacific 60163 'Tornado' at Bolton Percy with 1600 Scarborough - Kings Cross 'The Yorkshire Pullman' with Belmond British Pullman coaches. The train was running 48" minutes late from Scarborough due to problems watering and was booked ECML, reason for previous picture of Bridge 33 after sitting in car in torrential rain for over an hour. But due to this train running late & other LNER services late was diverted via Church Fenton & Normanton to Doncaster. I was sat at Bridge 33 on ECML noting on Open Trains watching signalling that train was routed Up Leeds line at Colton North Jnc so a quick move across to Leeds line at Bolton Percy, obviously made it where some recent tree felling has improved location from shadows. A very lucky picture in several ways!!
