Living in two time zones in Black Gnat, Kentucky

            If I were naming this place, I would call it Twotimetown rather than Black Gnat.

Intersecting US Route 68, the hamlet of Black Gnat straddles the Eastern time zone of Taylor County and the Central time zone of Green County, Kentucky. Eastern time should be in front of the town sign and Central time zone should be a few yards down the road.

I did not try to jump back and forth to see if my smartphone jumped an hour forward and backward. However, the time in my car's GPS rolled back an hour when I drove a block or two down the road.

BTW, I'm curious what a resident of Black Gnat is called. I suppose a Black Gnatian.
