Spillway at Dam at Versailles State Park in Indiana

            The park has 5988 acres and is the second largest in Indiana.  The park began as a CCC project but was turned over to the state and in 1954 they used  prisoners to build  the dam. The spillway is 56' high and 240' wide. The dam is 934' wide and was rated poor at its latest inspection.
