For years I've walked past this empty mansion in Augusta, Kentucky. Then I was told part of its history. Once owned by a medical doctor who was sent to prison for running a huge illegal drug business. The house was confiscated. After years a new owner began restoring the house and learned their loan and grant application were rejected. The house sits on the Ohio River side of the CSX tracks in a floodplain. No idea what's next.
